Service fees cover travel, printing and special requests so you can get your documents handled quickly and professionally.

As the founder of RT Notary Solutions, I combine professionalism, precision, and a personal touch to make each signing experience smooth and stress-free. With commission number 676200 and certification valid through October 30, 2028, I’m here to help you handle life’s important paperwork with confidence.
I’m also a wife and proud mama of two amazing boys so I understand that life doesn’t always follow a 9-to-5 schedule. That’s why I offer flexible appointments, including evenings and weekends, based on availability.
RT Notary Solutions primarily serves Chandler and the East Valley including Gilbert, Mesa, and Tempe — but I’m happy to travel throughout the Valley when needed. Whether you’re closing on a home, finalizing legal documents, or notarizing something personal, my goal is to make the process convenient, reliable, and respectful.
